As long as your gear has not been worn and is in its original packaging, Kua Sky offers STORE CREDIT for unworn items. Please note that shipping costs back to Kua Sky will be the customer’s responsibility. Contact us at ORDERS@KUASKY.COM to request a return for store credit.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on sales items – all purchases of products on our “SALE” page are final.

JUMPSUIT & SWOOP SHORT RETURNS – CUSTOM ITEMS

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges on any custom jumpsuits or swoop shorts. “Custom” is defined as any custom requested modification to our standard jumpsuits/swoop shorts, such as custom sizing, custom optional add-ons like pockets, embroidery, customized colors, patterns etc.

Be sure to take a look at our size chart before you order anything! Are you in-between sizes? We recommend ordering a size up, to ensure your item fits. For jumpsuits, if your suit is slightly too big you can get your suits taken-in at a local tailor for an affordable price.

PREORDERS:

  • All preorder updates can be found on the individual item’s product page on our website. Please note: Preorder shipment dates are estimated and are subject to change at any time.

    Once shipped, we will email you with tracking!

If you decide to preorder an item on our website, please note the following:
– Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships.
– Preordering is voluntary, and if at any time you would like to cancel your Preorder for a full refund to the method of payment, please do so before the shipment announcement on our website.
– If you need to cancel your Preorder or Update in any way, please email: orders@kuasky.com
– If you are ordering a preorder item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged shipping once and your entire order will ship when all items are available to ship together.

– For Returns on Preorders, you have 21 days from the day you received the Order – not the date on the original invoice as this is the Order date.
– The date listed on the Preorder page is an approximation, and we only update as more information is provided. If you do not see an update, then we do not have further details at this time.
– Our Preorder Items are best-selling KUA SKY pieces that have previously been In-stock and sold out multiple times.
– Preorders can take anywhere from 1-5 weeks, depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity, and item details.

BACKORDERS:

  • We have enabled the option for backordering or our most popular styles that sell out quickly. This give you the ability to be first in line purchase and reserve your size and style and guarantee you get first dibs when our styles are first back in stock. When your backorder is available to ship, you will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

If you decide to backorder an item on our website, please note the following:
– Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships.
– If you need to cancel your backorder or Update in any way, please email: orders@kuasky.com
– If you are ordering a backorder item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged shipping once and your entire order will ship when all items are available to ship together.

– Backorders can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks before orders ship. 

We do! Check out our CUSTOM JERSEY PAGE for pricing and info! We’re happy to make custom jerseys for your team or DZ. Contact us with your request so we can provide you with a custom quote, which includes a bulk price rate on jerseys and custom art design time.

We warranty our jumpsuits and apparel up to 90 days of original purchase date for defects and issues not caused by regular wear and tear.  Send us an email about the defect, show us a picture of the issue, and we’ll ensure that you are still within the 90 day time frame and get back to you accordingly.

WARRANTY IS VOIDED WHEN:

  • Unauthorized repairs (those not approved by Kua Sky in advance) are done on your suit or apparel.

  • Notification is received by Kua Sky after 90 days from the ship date. These requests will be reviewed and resolved on a case by case basis.

  • You choose NOT to follow the Kua Sku maintenance and care instructions (click HERE for Maintenance & Care Instructions)

  • Your item is clearly damaged due to wear.

If for some reason you don’t thoroughly enjoy your Kua Sky gear, before you wear it or fly in it, email us before shipping your items back to us with the original packaging.

We do offer international shipping on certain items. Contact us with your international shipping address, and we will work with you to ship your gear abroad!

Yes! If you like a Men’s style jumpsuit (or vice versa), but want it in a Women’s size, just send us an email with your specific request and we will work on getting you exactly what you’re looking for. Similarly, if you want a Women’s or Men’s jumpsuit in any color listed on the Jumpsuit Color Options page, just send us an email and we’ll work with you.

In order to keep our jumpsuit costs low, we only offer our jumpsuits in the colors listed on the Color Guide page. Looking for a more specific color not listed? Contact us with your custom color request and we will let you know if we can help you out.

Right now we offer Freefly suits on our website, but on a case-by-case basis we can work with you on a custom request, including modified freefly suits or swoop shorts/pants. Please note that custom requests are subject to additional pricing and longer delivery lead times based on the complexity of the request.
